As President of Ashvattha Consulting, Mary Homan utilizes over 22 years of experience and industry expertise to assist clients in achieving their highest levels of business performance. Ashvattha Consulting utilizes best practices in its proven methodology and tools to achieve unprecedented levels of employee and team productivity and performance, while concurrently improving employee satisfaction and retention.

Mary is a Certified Professional Coach, Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA), and Certified Professional Values Analyst (CPVA). Additional certifications include TTI, DISC, Hogan and Team Diagnostics and Assessments. She received her Masters of Business Administration from Miami University and her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University. She is an active member of the Central Florida community, including having served on several boards including the IT Florida Board and the Florida Hospital, Childrens’ Hospital Board. Mary attended Leadership Orlando, Class of 58 and has been an Odyssey of the Mind Coordinator and Coach. Ashvattha Consulting’s community memberships include the International Coaching Federation and the Orlando Chamber of Commerce.
